Processing Time All ECDLS products are custom-made to order by Printful. Please allow:

  • 3-7 business days for production and processing.

  • Production time begins after payment is confirmed.

  • You will receive a confirmation email with tracking data when your order ships.

Shipping Methods, Costs, and Transit Times Shipping transit times are estimates and begin after the production phase is completed.

USA (Domestic)

  • Cost: Free Standard Shipping

  • Transit Time: 5-10 business days after production.

  • Note: Total delivery time: 8-17 business days.

International (Rest of the World)

  • Cost: Flat rate of 9.99 USD.

  • Promotion: Free international shipping on all orders over 100 USD.

  • Transit Time: 7-23 business days after production.

  • Note: International customers are responsible for any customs fees, duties, or taxes imposed by their local government. ECDLS is not responsible for customs delays. Total delivery time: 10-30 business days.

Tracking You will receive a tracking number via email once your order ships. Track your package directly through the carrier's network.

Shipping Address Please ensure your shipping address is correct before completing your order. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. Address changes must be requested within 24 hours of placing your order.

Lost or Damaged Packages If your package is lost or damaged during transit, please contact us immediately at support@ecdls.store. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue.
