Processing Time All ECDLS products are custom-made to order by Printful.Inc . Please allow:

  • 3-7 business days for production and processing
  • Production time begins after payment is confirmed
  • You will receive a confirmation email when your order ships

Shipping Methods and Times Shipping times vary by destination and are estimates only:

  • USA: 5-10 business days after production
  • LATAM: 10-20 business days after production

Shipping Costs

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location
  • Rates are determined by package weight and destination

Tracking

  • You will receive a tracking number via email once your order ships
  • Track your package through the carrier's website

Shipping Address

  • Please ensure your shipping address is correct before completing your order
  • We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer
  • Address changes must be requested within 24 hours of placing your order

Lost or Damaged Packages

  • If your package is lost or damaged during shipping, please contact us at florenciaparma@gmail.com
  • We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue

International Shipping

  • International customers are responsible for any customs fees, duties, or taxes imposed by their country
  • ECDLS is not responsible for customs delays
