Returns & Manufacturing Policy

At El Club de la Siesta (ECDLS), we operate under a conscious, made-to-order production model. This means that every item (be it a book, apparel, or a design object) is manufactured exclusively for you the moment your order is confirmed.

To maintain the sustainability of this process and the exclusive nature of our collections, the following conditions apply:

1. Production & Logistics (Print-on-Demand)

Our products are managed through global printing and logistics centers (Printful). This system allows us to offer exclusive designs without generating unnecessary waste. By making a purchase, you acknowledge that the product will enter a personalized manufacturing phase specifically for your order.

2. Return Criteria

Returns or replacements will only be granted in the event of damaged goods, manufacturing defects, or shipping errors on our part.

  • Damaged Goods: If your order arrives with visible damage or printing defects, you have 14 calendar days from the date of delivery to notify us. You must provide clear photographs of the product and the original packaging.

  • Procedure: Once the damage is verified with our production center, we will arrange for a replacement to be sent at no additional cost to you.

3. Exceptions (Non-refundable cases)

Since each piece is manufactured on demand, we do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges for the following:

  • Size Exchanges: We kindly ask you to carefully review the size charts provided before purchasing. Once a garment is manufactured, we cannot exchange it.

  • Change of Mind: We do not accept returns for buyer’s remorse once the product has entered production or has been delivered.

  • Incorrect Addresses: We are not responsible for packages that cannot be delivered due to errors in the shipping address provided by the user.
